Aggressive horse behavior, stallion graces the gelding, dominance problems in handling, metabolic disorders and much more... The list of hormonal problems is long because a hormonal imbalance throws the entire body out of balance.
In mares this can be shown by a strongly changed, aggressive behavior during heat, while geldings can develop unwanted stallions - everyday handling and integration into a herd is difficult with affected horses.
Clinical studies show that horses with metabolic disorders such as Equinem Cushing's Syndrome (ECS) also suffer from a disturbed hormone balance which can play a significant role in the development of the disease.

How does ESS In Balance work?

ESS In Balance uses the scientifically proven effect of chaste tree on the hormone balance: Since the Middle Ages, chaste tree has been considered a medicinal plant that is used naturally to treat a disturbed cycle or to curb excessive sex drive. The release of the hormone prolactin is regulated and the hormone balance can be restored.
The positive influence on hormone-related metabolic disorders in the horse has only been the focus of science for a few years - but shows remarkable success in the natural support of affected horses.

When does my horse need ESS In Balance?

ESS In Balance is suitable for horses that suffer from hormonal imbalances and are therefore behaving abnormally.
Breeding mares with an irregular menstrual cycle can be taken off intensive therapy prior to insemination
Horses with metabolic disorders also benefit from feeding.

  • in case of painful follicle formation/rosses
  • in case of unridability & hypersensitivity during horses
  • in disturbed cycle of broodmares
  • in case of excessively dominant behavior of mares & geldings

Large horses: 40 - 50 ml per day
(contains up to 25 servings/bottle)

Riding ponies: 25 - 30 ml per day
(contains up to 40 servings/bottle)

Intensive treatment: 50 ml twice a day
(contains up to 10 servings/bottle)

 The liquid is not suitable for inseminated, pregnant and/or lactating mares.

Supplementary feed is not a substitute for needs-based, varied feeding and performance-based training of the horse.
The specified recommended (daily) dose should not be exceeded without consulting a treating veterinarian.

Hilft in der Rosse

In Balance von ESS bekommt meine Stute jetzt schon seit einigen Monaten. Sie hat leider Rosseprobleme und dadurch auch aggressive Stimmungsschwankungen. Ich wollte ihr nicht Regumate füttern, da ich die Nebenwirkungen und Kosten zu hoch finde. Mit dem In Balance haben wir es gut im Griff. Die Rosse merkt man natürlich noch, aber alles ist viel entspannter und sie ist nicht mehr angriffslustig gegenüber anderen Pferden.

Auch super bei Cushing

Ich unterstüzte damit meinen Früh-Rentner, der leider schon starke Cushing-Probleme hat. Klappt super und wir haben das alles super gut im Griff, ohne die teure Chemiekeule nutzen zu müssen. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Überdrehte Stute jetzt ruhig

Unsere sehr sensible und gleichzeitig stark dominante Stute musste leider zeitweise von ihrer Gruppe getrennt werden, da sie in der Herde für starke Unruhe gesorgt hat und durch z.t. aggressives und völlig überdrehtes Verhalten aufgefallen ist.
Das In Balance füttern wir seit 8 Wochen und sind sehr zufrieden. Sie wirkt weniger gestresst im Umgang mit anderen Pferden, schreit kaum noch und konnte mittlerweile wieder vergesellschaftet werden, ohne dass es zu Auseinandersetzungen, kopflos Rennerei oder Dauerkreischen kommt.
Auch reiterlich empfinden wir ihre Entwicklung als sehr positiv. Sie wirkt auch unter dem Reiter weniger angespannt.

Hilft sehr gut in der Rosse

Meine Stute ist sehr empfindlich in der Rosse und reagiert auch auf Artgenossen mit sehr ausgeprägten Stimmungswechseln.
Ich füttere das In Balance seit 8 Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden. Sie ist immer noch "stutig" aber deutlich gelassener und die Herde wird auch nicht mehr aufgemischt durch ihr Drama.

Wird super angekommen

Meine Stute hat ein Jahr lang Regumate aufgrund von Dauerrosse/schmerzhaften Follikeln bekommen. Nach dem Absetzen habe ich mit dem In Balance angefangen und es funktioniert super. Sie wird zwar rossig, aber endlich normal und ist nicht mehr empfindlich. Ich bin begeistert :)
